How quickly does the grill heat up?
At room temperature, the grill will reach 400 degrees F in 12 minutes.
What are the electrical ratings?
The elements are rated at 1850 watts and pull 15A at 120V. The grill
should only be plugged into a 20A circuit. If it is used outside or in
a kitchen, the outlet should be a GFCI (Ground-Fault Circuit
Interrupter).
Can I leave the grill outside for extended periods
of time?
Yes. The grill is rainproof and UV protected. It can handle
temperatures down to –20 degrees F. We recommend use of a
grill cover to protect the finish and keep it shiny and clean. The
grill should be brought inside during extreme cold.
What can I use to clean the grill?
Soap and water is preferred for most parts of the grill. You can wash
the grates, drip pan, and smoker tray in a sink and may use an
all-purpose degreaser or scrubber pads. The rest of the grill can be
cleaned with a damp cloth when needed.
